Wild Lingonberries, Frozen / lb

The fruit contains many vitamins and minerals and has a tart flavor that is similar to the Sea Buckthorn. As a result, it is usually prepared with sweeter accompaniments to smooth the tart flavoring. Lingonberries have also traditionally been served with different meats and have been found to compliment them well.

Lingonberries were originally found in the more northern regions of Europe where climates tend to be colder than average. Our Lingon Berries are sustainably foraged in the United States and Canada. 

Berries are packed in ziplock bags and should be put into a freezer immediately upon arrival. Keep Frozen in bags until ready to use.
